Notes & Information
- The price is for two people per day and includes garage, outdoor pool, indoor pool, and use of the wellness area (note: the wellness area and pools are only open from the end of March to November 5) at the adjacent Hotel Zirmerhof.
- Each additional person costs €20 per day.
- Children up to 3 years stay for free.
- A baby bed is available upon request for a flat rate of €35.
- Final cleaning fee: €50.
- To confirm a booking, we require a deposit of €300.
- Local tax of €2.30 per person per day (ages 14+) is payable on site and not included in the
price. - You’re welcome to enjoy breakfast or dinner at Hotel Zirmerhof upon request (Hotel is
closed from November to the end of March). - In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- For stays shorter than 3 days, we charge a 10% surcharge.
- Check-in from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
- Check-out by 10:00 on the day of departure.
- No check-in or check-out on Sundays.
- Payment by cash only.
- Food and drinks at Hotel Zirmerhof must also be paid in cash.
- No wellness or dining services are available at Hotel Zirmerhof from November to the end
of March. - Pets are not allowed.
- Upon request, farmer Martin oers a weekly guided tour of his orchard.
- Pick-up service: We are happy to pick you up from the nearest train or bus station on your
arrival day. The same applies to your departure. Please notify us verbally or in writing. - Enjoy fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables throughout the year.
Travel Cancellation Insurance
Don’t leave it to chance
If something unexpected comes up, cancellation is never pleasant—for you or for us. To help you avoid cancellation fees, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
- No cancellation fees apply for cancellations up to 2 months before arrival.
- For cancellations within 2 months of arrival, the following fees apply:
> Within 1 week before arrival: 90% of the booking amount
> 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the booking amount
